The IPS Strategic Capital Internship Program is an opportunity for undergraduate and master’s level students to apply classroom concepts to a real world money management environment. The interns are personally mentored by the firm’s principal, Dominick Paoloni, who has over 30 years of experience in the industry.
Why Join Us?
IPS interns are taught to use cutting-edge tools currently implemented only at the institutional level. Interns will assist the portfolio manager with the construction of portfolios along with quantitative optimization and detailed regression analysis.
Interns will receive extensive training on derivatives and derivatives based trading strategies along with Microsoft Excel, ThinkorSwim, and various trading and risk management software’s. The IPS Internship Program provides students with the technical skills required to succeed in the financial services industry after graduation.
