Stephanie Johnston is a Colorado native and seasoned real estate professional who believes great service is about creating opportunity, not just closing transactions. As Director of Strategic Partnerships at IPS Strategic Capital, she leads new client acquisitions and client relations while bringing specialized real estate expertise to the firm’s full-service approach to wealth transfer, estate planning, financial planning, and business planning.

Stephanie’s background uniquely equips her for this role. With experience in mortgage lending and over a decade as a senior litigation paralegal, she brings sharp contract expertise and confident negotiation to every client’s engagement. She advises residential, commercial, and land matters with clarity and precision,   helping clients integrate real estate decisions into their broader financial picture.

She has particular depth in guiding senior clients and their families through significant life transitions — moving from a primary residence to independent living, downsizing to an apartment, transferring property to the next generation, and navigating real estate matters both before and after the loss of a loved one. Stephanie approaches these sensitive moments with the technical skill of a seasoned professional and the steady presence of a trusted partner.
